These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the subscription package offered by UK Microsuction (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By subscribing to our service, you (“Subscriber”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Subscription Packages

1.1 Subscription Options:

• Subscription 25: Pack of 25 client consumables per calendar month. (25 x irrigation probes, 25 x UK Microsuction safety suction probes, 25 x 4mm Heine otoscope specula tips)

• Subscription 50: Pack of 50 client consumables per calendar month. (50 x irrigation probes, 50 x UK Microsuction safety suction probes, 50 x 4mm Heine otoscope specula tips)

• Subscription 100: Pack of 100 client consumables per calendar month. (100 x irrigation probes, 100 x UK Microsuction safety suction probes, 100 x 4mm Heine otoscope specula tips)

1.2 As part of your subscription, your business will be listed on our website, allowing potential clients to find your services for ear wax removal in your area.

1.3 Please note that listing on our website does not guarantee clients.

2. Subscription Term and Payment

2.1 Minimum Term: The subscription is for a minimum term of six (6) months.

2.2 Payment Method: Payment is to be made monthly via direct debit. Direct debits are processed by GoCardless, not by UK Microsuction.

2.3 Direct Debit Setup: Subscribers must provide direct debit details through GoCardless at the time of signing up.

2.4 Failure to Pay: Any failed direct debit payments may affect your visibility on our website and disrupt the recurring delivery of consumables.

3. Subscription Changes

3.1 Tier Changes: Subscribers may increase their subscription tier at any time during the initial six-month term. However, decreasing the tier is not permitted within the six-month period.

4. Listing on the Website

4.1 Information Accuracy: Subscribers are responsible for ensuring that the details provided for the website listing are accurate and up to date.

4.2 Visibility: Failure to maintain payments may impact the visibility of your listing on our website.

5. Cancellation and Termination

5.1 Cancellation: Subscribers may cancel their subscription after the initial six-month term by providing written notice at least 30 days before the end of the current subscription month.

5.2 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate a subscription and or remove the subscriber from our online presence at our discretion if the subscriber fails to comply with these terms and conditions, or if by any actions or omissions, the subscriber, their staff, or agents, behaves or conducts themselves in a way that may risk damaging the reputation of UK Microsuction, or risk bringing the UK Microsuction brand into disrepute.

6. Liability

6.1 UK Microsuction will not be liable for any losses or damages, including loss of clients or income, resulting from your subscription or listing on our website.

7. Amendments

7.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes and continued use of the subscription service will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
